Can we combat evolving drone threats? I’m passionate about exploring how WE can muster a response to counter the foreign and domestic threats that drones increasingly pose. No military or agency can prevail when overwhelming numbers can be delivered anywhere that shipping containers reach. The only force large enough is WE the people. There are 86 million shotguns in American hands. Are they enough? Drone Gunner http://www.youtube.com/@dronegunner seeks to crowdsource the knowledge base necessary to ensure that those shotguns and those hands are capable. The greatest need is training. When the time comes to stand and deliver can we plant our feet and send a large volume of accurate fire? Most shotguns can easily be made very effective and many already are. We need to develop optimal ammunition that everyone can get or make themselves. We need to get the FAA out of our back yards so we can practice shooting down our own drones. While government regulations are hindering our ability to prepare, I believe that the biggest challenge we face is our ability to recognize the threat and invest what is needed to prepare for what is coming.
