Hello! I’m a new Type 07 FFL holder and strictly an at-home dealer doing online auction sales. This is a side business, I’m not intending to sell in large volume or anything. But of course I want this to be profitable. I have a couple of questions for the group. Any info and advice would be greatly appreciated!
1. I see other dealers posting guns from the major manufacturers at prices barely above dealer cost, and when you add just the processing fees alone (merchant service fee, web site sales fee), how is this even profitable?!
2. If I’m going to sell custom AR builds, what combinations of types of components, features, etc. would be most successful?
