Alpha Foxtrot gift cards/coupons can only be redeemed for Alpha Foxtrot products at alphafoxtrot.us, unless otherwise stated. They cannot be applied to shipping, handling charges, or taxes, unless specified. Additionally, they cannot be used for purchases at the Cannon Store. Each gift card/coupon is valid for a single use only, and Alpha Foxtrot restricts the use of gift cards and codes to one per transaction. Multiple codes/coupons cannot be used at checkout, unless otherwise specified. Gift cards/coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and are not valid at Alpha Foxtrot dealers. During checkout, please enter your gift card/coupon code in the designated field. We are unable to apply gift cards/coupons retroactively to orders. Alpha Foxtrot reserves the authority to levy a re-stocking fee of up to 50% for returns of items bought directly from Alpha Foxtrot. Before initiating the return process for any firearm, please reach out to the Alpha Foxtrot Customer Service Department. Once the circumstances of the return have been reviewed and deemed applicable by Alpha Foxtrot, the Customer Service Department will furnish a unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with a detailed return form containing instructions. For Pistols / Rifles: Upon receipt of the RMA number, complete and print the provided RMA Form, ensuring to include it with your returned product. Please adhere to the following guidelines: Alpha Foxtrot returns should be shipped from a UPS location and must comply with all federal, state, local, and UPS requirements. It's important to note that Alpha Foxtrot does not assume responsibility for damaged goods resulting from inadequate packaging or shipping. Please follow these steps: 1. Record the product serial number and provided RMA number for your records. 2. Remove any frame-mounted accessories (such as lasers, lights, etc.). 3. Do not disassemble the firearm. Place the assembled, unloaded firearm in its original case or in an unlocked, padded container capable of withstanding rough handling during transit. 4. Ensure all ammunition has been removed. Never include ammunition in the box with a firearm return. 5. Place magazine(s) beneath the foam to prevent contact with the firearm. Alpha Foxtrot will not be liable for any shipping-related damages. 6. Once the case is secured, package it in a plain cardboard box, adding additional padding material if needed. 7. Important: Clearly fill out and print the RMA Form, including it with your return product. 8. Ship the package from a UPS location to the following address: Alpha Foxtrot, Attention: Warranty & Repair Department, 2400 Main St NW, Duluth, GA 30097. 9. Retain the shipping receipt for your records. 10. For security purposes, avoid marking the outside of the shipping container as "Firearms".
