    Not sure, if any of you have experienced issues as of late. However, I have.

    From getting weapons serviced with a manufacturer to shipping out parts and stocks.

    My Experience:

    UPS– Will not ship parts, stocks, etc. from there regular storefronts. Like shipping a weapon now, you have go to a hub. On top of this, you have to create your own label online and come in with it. Apparently, the employees can’t or won’t touch it.

    FedEx– Will not ship firearms without an ‘Adult Signature Required’ field on the label. Management showed me the official policy given to all the stores.

    I had an issue with Springfield while trying to get my rifle in for repair. They could not generate a label with that field and basically told me to find a place that would ship it or essentially go kick rocks. So I returned the rifle and refuse to buy Springfield again.

    Getting frustrating.

    I feel like they are being really passive about these actions. Nothing in their stores or websites state these change to policies and regular employees seem to have nothing to back up why they are doing what they are doing.

    It doesn’t surprise me that you’ve had MIA stuff. I’m wondering how long before they fully crack down?
