firearm started out as a plain 1911 in .45 ACP. I swapped
out the barrel with a threaded .400 Cor-Bon The barrel was manufactured
at Bar-Sto. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.400_Cor-Bon. I did some cammo on the slide. Then I added a rail system and Talon grips.

I volunteer with the local Sheriff Department. We have had some cold (-0F) winters in the past decade. The last two winters have been mild but this winter season is expected to be very cold and snowy. Might drive out some people here to a more mild state.
